Why I Still Make Every Bag by Hand
Share
In a world where almost everything is produced faster, cheaper, and in larger quantities, I have chosen a different path.
I make every BX bag myself.
From the first sketch to the final stud, every piece passes through my hands. I design it, cut it, assemble it, place every stud one by one, sew it, inspect it, and prepare it for its new owner.
There is no factory.
No outsourcing.
No shortcuts.
Just my hands, my tools, and the time each piece deserves.
I grew up surrounded by craftsmanship. My mother was a haute couture seamstress, and from an early age I learned that beautiful things are never rushed. Quality is not an accident. It is the result of patience, precision, and care.
Those values never left me.
Years later, after designing my own collections and running my own boutique, I discovered leather. It felt honest. Strong. Timeless.
A material that becomes more beautiful with age instead of less.
That is exactly how I want my bags to be.
I am often asked why I do not produce more pieces.
The answer is simple.
Because I refuse to sacrifice quality for quantity.
I could work faster.
I could outsource production.
I could simplify the process.
But then it would no longer be BX.
Every stud you see on a BX bag has been placed individually by hand. Every detail has been checked and rechecked. Every piece requires hours of work, concentration, and care.
I don't make many bags.
I make the bags I believe should exist.
Bags designed for women who appreciate craftsmanship. Women who value quality over trends. Women who understand that some things are worth waiting for.
When you choose one of my bags, you are not simply buying a handmade leather bag.
You are choosing a piece created slowly, intentionally, and with complete attention to detail.
You are choosing individuality.
You are choosing craftsmanship.
And perhaps most importantly, you are choosing something made by a real person who genuinely cares about every piece that leaves her workshop.
That is the promise behind every BX bag.
And it always will be.
